This is a critical role responsible for implementing and maintaining effective systems, processes, and resources that ensure high-quality patient care.

The Accreditation Manager will be part of the Clinical Governance Team, reporting to the Clinical Risk Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
  • Maintaining ongoing certification and licensure requirements relevant to accreditation
  • Leading projects to implement improvements and evaluations based on data analysis and recommendations

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in quality management or senior clinical leadership in a healthcare setting
  • A proven track record in project management, including implementation and evaluation of improvement activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant nursing, medical, allied health, or other health-related qualification. A certification or working towards it is desirable.
