Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the efficient processing of specimens in the front-end reception area
  • Maintaining and operating laboratory equipment and instruments
  • Adhering to standard laboratory protocols and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality results
  • Troubleshooting equipment and technical issues as they arise

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Laboratory Technology (Specialising in Pathology Testing) or equivalent qualification
  • Availability to work a range of hours including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
