As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare division. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all compliance-related activities, guaranteeing that our nursing team is fully compliant with relevant regulations.

This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records. You will be responsible for collecting, storing, and managing employment documents, as well as maintaining compliance records for contract nurses.

Your duties will also include arranging employment contracts, travel arrangements, and database management to ensure a work-ready pool of applicants. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing compliance reports and liaising with our nursing team and other stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent written communication skills, data entry and management skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships with our team members.
