Job Opportunity

A fast-growing organization is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee engineering and design aspects of mineral processing projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural or Electrical Engineering and extensive experience with discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, develop project scopes, and deliver customized solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, with a focus on health, safety, and environmental stewardship.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical expertise in mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion, focusing on safety, technical quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with emphasis on planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
