Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, providing technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Be responsible for the technical approval and sign-off of the project's engineering and design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Functional Managers to guarantee positive project outcomes from a technical and scheduling perspective.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, deciphering their needs and delivering tailored solutions that surpass their expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations, prioritizing health, safety, and environmental stewardship.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team, promoting innovation, excellence, and professional development.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage complex engineering projects from inception to completion, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
