Complex project delivery requires strategic engineering leadership. Ausenco has a unique opportunity for an Engineering Manager to oversee and manage diverse engineering projects.

Job Description

As the key technical authority, you will be responsible for conceptual design, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and supervision of multidisciplinary teams.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to deliver customized solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes from a technical and schedule perspective.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, emphasizing health, safety, and environmental stewardship.
  5. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers to foster their growth and professional development.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects, focusing on safety, technical quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, emphasizing planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
