We are seeking an exceptional team player to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager at our retail store in Cat & Fiddle. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
  • Coach the team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring seamless shopping experiences throughout the store.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing controllable costs.
  • Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager on duty.
  • Provide timely feedback to encourage development within the team.

Please note that regular Sunday work is required for this role.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who possesses great communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills. Previous experience as a team leader or manager is advantageous.
