Front of House Leader

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Leader to drive the success of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with our General Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence, maintain high service standards, and promote a positive work environment.

  • Lead a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Collaborate with our General Manager to drive overall management and operation of the pub's floor service
  • Maintain high service standards while developing and leading our front-of-house team

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience leading teams in a busy Pub or Restaurant
  • Ability to lead an award-winning service team
  • Experience managing liquor licensing, RSA, Food Safety, and WHSE requirements
  • Confidence in managing budgets, rosters, procurement
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of food safety and WHSE
