Personal Insurance Programs for Affluent ClientsWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage complex personal insurance programs for high-net-worth clients and families.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an assigned book of high-net-worth personal insurance clients with varying portfolio sizes and complexities.
  • Build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing and prospective clients to retain and grow a profitable book of business.
  • Broker and maintain required insurance policies and risk management solutions on behalf of clients.
  • Conduct annual reviews for clients ahead of key renewal dates.
  • Coordinate client-related billing matters and maintain aged receivables reports.
  • Work with the Client Services team to process changes and other client requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain awareness of large and potentially complicated claim-related matters and assist in negotiations for equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Achieve assigned annual revenue growth and retention metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Property and Casualty Broker's License.
  • Insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRM, CPRIA, AFIS, or ARM (completed or in progress).
  • 5-10 years of client service experience.
  • High net-worth personal insurance experience.
