Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Reception and Front-of-House Coordinator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the studio's welcoming representative, greeting visitors and offering refreshments.
- Oversee front-of-house operations, including managing incoming calls and telephone coverage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and communal areas.
- Coordinate the distribution of messages and handle post and courier arrangements.
- Manage meeting room bookings and order necessary office supplies, including catering.
- Assist with PA tasks, such as organizing travel and event attendance.
- Provide flexible support to the wider administration team as required.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Capable of taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
