Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the studio's welcoming representative, greeting visitors and offering refreshments.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations, including managing incoming calls and telephone coverage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and communal areas.
  • Coordinate the distribution of messages and handle post and courier arrangements.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and order necessary office supplies, including catering.
  • Assist with PA tasks, such as organizing travel and event attendance.
  • Provide flexible support to the wider administration team as required.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
