Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Next Gen Clubs. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who enters our Club.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a 5-star service delivery position and be able to demonstrate a courteous and friendly manner, exceptional personal presentation, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Manage the front desk and reception area
- Process membership applications and payments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Assist with events and functions
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
