The ideal candidate will manage pricing schedules, customer invoicing, contract budget funding requests, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

They will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy of Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations, preparing workpapers for statutory obligations, and liaising with auditors.

In addition, they will monitor and report on daily cash balances, assist with cash flow management, and process daily bank payments.

The Finance Business Partner will document, adhere to, and update finance procedures and processes, contribute to policy renewal, and ensure fit-for-purpose finance controls.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Analysis: Contribute to key finance reports and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

  • Finance Team Governance: Document, adhere to, and update finance procedures and processes, contribute to policy renewal, and ensure fit-for-purpose finance controls.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting degree.
  • CPA or CA professional qualifications (or working towards).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar industry/role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional assertiveness, and exceptional multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with strong analytical decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Hold or willing to obtain: Working with Children Suitability Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening.
