Job Overview

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer management, pricing, and coordination of major customer projects, contracts, and general end-to-end customer service to Civil Direct market segments.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage orders and projects (medium, large, and major) with selected customers across the East Coast of Australia.
  • Compile and submit tender documents relevant to the civil and infrastructure market.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers, including quotes, phone/email queries, orders, and agreements against a set range of KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer experience through effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Ensure strict adherence to agreed project timelines, pricing, order management, and delivery.
  • Support the external sales team in executing key account plans for agreed customers.
  • Promote a safety-first culture through visible leadership and workforce engagement to achieve high standards of workplace safety.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, project administration, or pricing is essential.
  • Previous experience working for a distributor or supplier to the Plumbing, Hardware, Civil, or Irrigation market segments is highly desirable.
  • A resilient and positive personality with exceptional communication skills can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage and deliver complex orders and major projects is crucial.
  • SAP business technology platform experience is highly preferable.
