
Strategic Workforce Solutions Lead

Delivering strategic workforce solutions to drive business success requires a unique blend of expertise and passion. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organisational design and transformation, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
The role of Senior Consultant – Organisation and Work Transformation involves leading workforce transformation project workstreams, including redesigning roles, structures, and processes. This includes partnering with Defence and Government stakeholders to align organisational strategies with their mission and priorities.
A key aspect of this role is developing and implementing workforce strategies that enhance capability, flexibility, and sustainability. This will involve facilitating workshops and design sessions with clients to identify challenges and co-create solutions.
We are seeking an exceptional professional who can provide thought leadership on trends and best practices in organisational design and workforce planning. The ability to mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence, is also essential.
About the Opportunity
- Lead workforce transformation project workstreams, including redesigning roles, structures, and processes.
- Partner with Defence and Government stakeholders to align organisational strategies with their mission and priorities.
- Develop and implement workforce strategies that enhance capability, flexibility, and sustainability.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in workforce or organisational design, ideally in consulting or Defence/Gov contexts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
