Greenstaff Medical Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Nurse to join our dynamic team in a contract position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in an emergency department setting.
- AHPRA registration and valid working rights in Australia.
- Certificates in Advanced Life Support, Infection Control, and other relevant specialty training.
- Valid flu vaccination and documented history of COVID vaccinations.
- Knowledge of medical records systems and proficiency in using electronic medical records.
- Previous experience working in Australia, preferably in QLD Health or Mackay HHS.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts with a maximum of 80 hours per fortnight.
