About the Role

Atlassian is seeking a passionate Solution Engineer to help solve enterprise customers' hardest business problems with our products and solutions, and close deals.

The ideal candidate must be located in Australia to work effectively with our teams.

This role involves partnering with direct sales, partners, and larger account teams on Fortune 500 customers, tracking customer profiles, business problems, roadmaps, and solution success to optimize customer experiences within their account team territory.

The engineer will influence and shape new go-to-market strategies for Atlassian Work Management and Developer Experience tools in collaboration with product management and product marketing teams.

Responsibilities include participating in customer discovery, identifying high-impact workflows across lines of business that can be automated or improved using Atlassian Work Management and Developer Experience tools, probing for additional opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion, and leading compelling value-based demonstrations.
