Customer Support Associate Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Customer Support Associate at our Sydney office. Our organization provides top-notch hygiene services to clients across the city.

Job Summary:

  • This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, processing orders and service agreements, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Administration experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or residency status.
  • Federal Police clearance certificate.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or administration roles.
  • Diploma or certification in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or hospitality).
