Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role will involve providing quality support to clients with complex transactions and processes on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, researching and resolving moderately complex operational or client issues, and assisting with process improvement.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Responsibility for the quality and completion of your own work
- A high school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4-5 years of total work experience preferred, with experience in financial services preferred
