Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in our customers' lives. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing inventory levels, and coordinating purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inventory levels, price quotations, and provide order status advice and technical information of general sales order enquiries.
  • Coordinate purchases and accurately input purchase details into our computer system in a timely manner.
  • Develop and follow up on customer relationships and quotes via our CRM system.
  • File documentation relating to the above tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in providing outstanding customer service is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required both internally and externally in this role.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
