Job Opportunity: Dual Role - Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill a Dual Role position at I-MED Radiology. As a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. You will also be handling patient enquiries, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Receptionist Duties:
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient enquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Maintain patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Contact Centre Agent Duties:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist patients with general inquiries, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Document call details accurately in our system.
- Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in medical reception or call centre roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, with strong organizational skills to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with patients over the phone.
