We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Crystalbrook Collection Hotels. As a Night Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing the front office operations, and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Operations: Manage the front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Night Shift Management: Manage the night shift operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the hotel's security and safety.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial transactions, including processing payments, handling cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on front office operations, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front office or a related field is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Certifications: Basic understanding of RMS such as Opera is a must.
