IDEALLY WE NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE IN THIS KIND OF POSITION AT A HIGH LEVEL

However we will train an exceptional applicant

Start is as soon as possible

THIS IS NOT A BASIC PHONE ANSWERING TYPE POSITION - this is a serious position requiring a high level of skill

We are after a mature minded reliable team player

We welcome applicants who have worked at other establishments. Your experience is valued. However I have zero tolerance of bad mouthing of other establishments. So bring your best professional attitude

**You must have**
- Exceptional Sales and customer service skills Strong knowledge of sales techniques and ability to use social media
- Ability to meet KPI
- Understanding of Social Media
- A first aid certificate
- Understanding of Work Place Health and Safety
- Checkable references
- The ability to deal with difficult and sometimes intoxicated customers
- The confidence to work alone
- any security skills are highly valuable

You will need to be firm assertive and compassionate. You will need to do have a high level of conflict resolution skills

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
