Job Summary:

This Customer Service role involves supporting patients in their preparation for admission to a healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound patient calls, addressing queries and concerns, and guiding patients through the necessary documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming patient inquiries regarding pre-admission procedures and provide support as needed
  • Guide patients through the preparation process, ensuring they have all required documents and information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and communication
  • Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and admissions
  • Provide empathetic and confidential support to patients during this critical period

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients
  • Detailed orientated with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software applications
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements and able to maintain patient confidentiality at all times
