Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the distribution of goods and materials from receipt to delivery.
  • Lead a team of warehouse supervisors, operations staff and delivery drivers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Implement inventory control strategies and monitor key performance indicators such as stock accuracy and cost per CBM.
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet service level expectations and drive operational excellence.

About You:

  • You have significant experience in a leadership role within a high-volume, customer-centric operation.
  • You are an effective communicator and team leader who can motivate and develop staff to achieve excellent results.
  • You possess strong knowledge of warehouse planning best practices and WMS systems.
  • You stay up-to-date with supply chain innovations and technologies such as RFID, barcoding and IoT.
