Production Quality Control Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled production quality control specialist to ensure the highest quality and consistency in fit and sizing across all collections. This role is a key member of the production team, collaborating with designers to interpret sketches into technical specifications and advising on best garment construction methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers to develop technical specifications and advise on garment construction methods.
- Conduct sample preparation, measuring samples, and cross-checking discrepancies with factory measurements.
- Lead fit sessions, providing technical advice and problem-solving support to designers.
- Process fit comments and provide technical instructions to suppliers.
- Liaise daily with suppliers to ensure production-friendly methods and workshop best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, specializing in women's tailoring and soft separates.
- Proficient understanding of garment pattern making, garment construction, and textiles.
- Experience working with denim and knitwear.
- Literate in Excel Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and proactive problem-solving ability.
