Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Assistant Manager to join our team.

This role will involve working closely with the QA Manager to ensure that all quality procedures are monitored and implemented in line with regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and oversee quality procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
  • Assist in the development of quality control procedures and safety standards for food product manufacturing
  • Monitor and record daily production needs and provide specialist assistance to the QA Manager
  • Deliver project management implementation and accurately record process monitoring using valid and reliable sampling techniques
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of HACCP & Quality Assurance Systems
  • Experience in the food processing industry, supported by specialist knowledge of quality assurance monitoring and reporting systems
  • Internal Auditing and HACCP Certification preferred
  • Good understanding of the regulative Approved Arrangement
  • Tertiary qualifications in Quality Management or Food Technology an advantage
