Job Title: Quality Assurance Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Assistant Manager to join our team. This role will involve assisting the QA Manager in all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor quality procedures in line with regulatory and customer requirements
  • Oversee the QA Production team monitoring process to ensure compliance
  • Assist and develop quality control procedures and safety standards for the manufacture of food products
  • Monitor and record daily production needs and provide specialist assistance to the QA Manager
  • Deliver project management implementation
  • Accurately record process monitoring by applying valid and reliable sampling technique
  • Display excellent judgement drive and initiative
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication analytical problem solving organisational skills and computer skills
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of HACCP & Quality Assurance Systems
  • Experience in the food processing industry supported by specialist knowledge of quality assurance monitoring and reporting systems
  • Internal Auditing and HACCP Certification preferred
  • Good understanding of the regulatory Approved Arrangement
  • Tertiary qualifications in Quality Management or Food Technology an advantage
