Advanced Gymnastics Coach Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Advanced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at the PCYC in Rockingham, WA.

About the Role:

This is a casual position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with youth and has a strong background in gymnastics coaching. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of our gymnastics programs, ensuring a high standard of supervision, training, and service at all times.

The role involves working with children of various ages and skill levels, from toddlers to advanced gymnasts. You will play a vital part in shaping their skills, fostering social development, and creating a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the design and delivery of gymnastics programs for children of all ages and skill levels
  • Supervise and mentor gymnasts during classes and competitions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
  • Advanced Gymnastics Accreditation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with youth in coaching and sports
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Current Senior First Aid and CPR certificate (desirable)
