About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Coach to join our team at Workskil Australia Ltd in Rockingham, WA. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in helping individuals find meaningful and sustainable work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs and develop tailored employment plans to achieve their goals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer progress and outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to secure job placements
  • Conduct group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job opportunities for customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for helping others achieve their employment goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills to match customers with suitable job opportunities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet individual targets and KPIs

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package (estimated $65,000 - $80,000 per annum) commensurate with skills and experience. You will also have the opportunity to salary package a portion of your salary tax-effectively. Additionally, you will receive ongoing career development support and work in a friendly, supportive, and innovative environment.
