**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Cluster Manager, overseeing the operations of 7 stores across Western Australia and South Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving KPIs, and maintaining high standards of customer service and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to store managers to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all stores, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and drive profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, developing and executing marketing and promotional initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide support, coaching, and feedback to store teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and employee development.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.

  • A clothing allowance of $1,500 per year, enabling you to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.
  • A Tuesday to Saturday roster, offering a healthy work-life balance and flexibility.
  • The opportunity to spend 1-2 days per week on the road visiting stores across WA, with your mileage covered.
  • Quarterly trips to South Australia to connect with store teams and support operations.
