About Us

We are seeking a professional and highly skilled Day Tours Consultant to join our team. As a Day Tours Consultant, you will be responsible for leading day tours and providing exceptional experiences for our guests.

  • Support the operations team to ensure smooth tour running
  • Complete daily administrative tasks
  • Communicate regularly with operations regarding changes and updates
  • Contact guests to retrieve information and communicate changes via phone and email
  • Promote and advise on our amazing products
  • Assist with coach dispatch as required
  • Maintain accurate details in reservations systems and produce reports as needed

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be working with a team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for travel and tourism.

The Role

The Day Tours Consultant role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and is able to multitask and prioritize their work effectively.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills in all formats
  • The ability to organise and manage your time effectively
  • Comfortable addressing guest enquiries
  • Comfortable in pressure situations and able to problem solve
  • Previous administration experience is preferable
