We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to join our client's dynamic team on a project-based role in Hemmant. This is an exceptional opportunity for an HR professional to showcase their skills and experience in employee lifecycle support, recruitment, performance management, and process improvement.
Company OverviewOur client, a leading Civil Construction company, values innovation and excellence in delivering high-profile projects across South East Queensland. This project, located within the Scenic Rim region, is part of the Gondwana Rainforests World Heritage Area, offering a unique chance to contribute to the development of iconic infrastructure.
Salary & BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range between $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, plus benefits including a 10% uplift, bonus scheme, living away from home allowance, paid parental leave, weekly gym or wellness reimbursement scheme, and cultural leave exchange.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting to the Project Manager, provide employee lifecycle support, including recruitment, performance management, training, and development initiatives.
- Work closely with internal HR teams to drive process improvements, engagement strategies, and compliance with legislation and HR practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships, providing guidance and counsel to ensure effective outcomes.
- HR Qualification and 3+ years of experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of supporting the full employee lifecycle, with experience in white and blue-collar recruitment desirable.
- Thorough knowledge of legislation, HR practices, awards, and demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
