Room Leader Job Description

As a Room Leader, you will take charge of your own learning environment, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to develop, observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
