Job Opportunity: Medical Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and exceptional communicator to join our team as a Medical Secretary.

About the Role:

  • Be the friendly first face of our centre, greeting every patient with warmth and compassion.
  • Manage incoming calls, answer patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain top-notch attention to detail when entering patient information, processing billing, and managing patient records.
  • Guide patient journeys, monitoring and overseeing administrative care paths.
  • Handle sensitive information, safeguarding confidential patient information.
  • Support Workplace Health & Safety Officers and promote our vision and values.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, juggling multiple tasks while staying calm and collected.
  • Exceptional communication skills, connecting with patients, carers, and colleagues.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Passion for providing exceptional service, creating a positive experience.
  • Experience in administration/secretarial (highly regarded but not essential).
