Job Title:

Dedicated Personal Care Assistants Wanted

Job Description:

This role requires a highly motivated and compassionate individual to provide top-notch personal care services to residents in a professional and private manner.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with residents, their families and friends, as well as other staff members in the residence, regarding any changes or feedback.

A flexible approach to working hours is necessary, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. We are seeking reliable candidates who can work weekdays and weekends as required for casual and part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality personal care activities to residents
  • Maintain effective communication with residents, family and staff
  • Work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights
  • Prioritize confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • A valid Police Check for unsupervised care of vulnerable people (not more than 12 months old)
