Strategic Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer to join our Student Learning team within the Education Pillar. This vital role involves providing comprehensive project management support to Academic Skills, English Language teams and Enabling program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate English Language and Academic Skills initiatives and Enabling Pre-university programs to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Develop promotional plans for initiatives in collaboration with team members and the Head, Student Learning.
- Monitor progress and track to milestones and deliverables in alignment with time, cost and quality metrics.
- A relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
- Proven experience in project administration and coordination with an understanding of the project life cycle and development of project plans and objectives.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability to develop presentations and reports.
