About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to users across multiple locations and applications.

The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to users, resolving issues and answering queries in a professional manner.
  • Assist clients in the self-service function, promoting the use of knowledge bases and other resources.
  • Log incidents and requests using customer management tools, and escalate complex issues as needed.
