Insurance Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Product Manager to lead the development and execution of operational plans for individual products and entire product classes.

The role ensures continuous monitoring and analysis of product performance, driving operational objectives related to product health, financial targets, and customer growth and retention.

You will lead the identification and implementation of business improvements across the product portfolio and support cross-functional coordination with marketing, distribution, digital teams, and other stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of product management experience within an insurance-based legal practice or large-scale insurer or financial services organization, preferably in commercial lines insurance.
  • Deep knowledge of insurance product structure and experience in drafting insurance products.
  • Strong ability to integrate inputs from pricing, underwriting, portfolio management, and distribution to optimize product lifecycles and profitability.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing product strategy, design, governance, and pricing across multiple product classes and stakeholder groups.
