Senior Product Strategist

As a seasoned Product Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the customer's voice in product development, prioritizing initiatives that deliver tangible results.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape and execute on the prioritized backlog, driving progress and measuring success.
- Define features and user stories, elaborating acceptance criteria and defining 'done' status.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive project outcomes.
Requirements:- Proven experience in a similar Product Owner/Strategist role, with a strong track record of delivering strategic initiatives.
- Experience developing and articulating strategic visions, translating them into executable plans and driving project outcomes.
- Ability to create and convey compelling narratives to key stakeholders and teams, developing a shaped backlog of key features and user stories.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, with close attention to detail and analytical capability.
- Lead workshops and collaborative sessions across business and IT teams, driving discovery, development, and operational usage stages of change.
- Strong analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills, with experience in agile methodologies and requirements analysis.
- Proven project delivery experience and knowledge of software development cycles.
