Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as senior support workers in our care homes.

As a senior support worker, you will support our residents with assisted daily living and mobility requirements, ensuring their safety, wellness, and independence. You will develop relationships with residents and their families, and work collaboratively as part of a great team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent, with relevant aged care experience
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal and basic computer knowledge
