
Adults Using Family Violence Service Manager

The Lead Family Violence Practitioner will provide expert leadership and supervision of a team of professionals providing services to adults using family violence.
This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, collaboration skills, and experience in leading family violence practice within complex service delivery contexts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve integrated practice and capability
- Provide guidance and support to staff from other agencies within The Orange Door network
- Work closely with other Team Leaders to lead family violence practice and support secondary consultations with internal and external service providers
This role also involves working collaboratively to embed the MARAM Framework within The Orange Door. The ideal candidate will have expertise in family violence practice, leadership, and partnership building.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Expert knowledge and understanding of drivers/causes of family violence and child vulnerability
- Leadership and partnership building experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build strong partnerships and negotiate at leadership level
