Specialist Family Violence Services Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Specialist Family Violence Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family violence services and excellent leadership skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality case management to victim survivors.
  • Maintain partnerships with local, regional, and statewide family violence networks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and guidelines.
  • Participate in crisis response and support service improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 5 years of leadership experience in family violence services.
  • A degree in Social Work, Counselling, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong ability to manage crisis services and navigate complex client needs.
  • Expertise in risk assessment, trauma-informed practice, and family violence frameworks.
  • High-level stakeholder engagement and advocacy skills.
  • A valid driver's licence, Working with Children Check, and satisfactory police check.
