At Drakes Supermarkets, we're seeking an exceptional Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team, driving sales growth through effective inventory management and merchandising strategies, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of retail operations professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management and merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior retail operations role, preferably in a grocery or supermarket environment
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven performance and driving business growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
