Senior Project Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil construction projects.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets, ensuring effective cost management.
  • Oversee project documentation, including quality assurance and control, variation management, and progress claims.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on project execution, methodologies, and design interpretation.
  • Mentor and supervise engineering and site personnel to foster technical competence and professional growth.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company operational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer in civil construction, preferably within infrastructure, energy, or mining sectors.
  • Current Australian Driver's License.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
