
Organisational Development Leader

Our ideal candidate will lead the people, culture and change agenda in Esperance as a key member of our leadership team.
This role is an opportunity to shape how we support staff, drive organisational improvement and deliver for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with local government agencies, external providers and stakeholders to advance HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and ethics in all aspects of HR practice.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, including workforce planning, recruitment and retention.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related field are essential.
- Proven experience leading HR functions, preferably in local government or complex environments.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills are required.
- A passion for people and culture, with a focus on driving organisational growth and innovation is necessary.
