About the Role

The Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tools, systems, and processes that support successful engineering project execution. This pivotal role combines hands-on project management with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects across all disciplines and business functions.
  • Plan and execute engineering design reviews.
  • Establish systems for project planning and execution, including earned value management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
  • RPEQ registration (or eligibility and willingness to obtain).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering management, team leadership, or coordination roles within fast-paced, complex environments.
