
Aerospace Vehicle Project Manager

The role of Lead Systems Engineer is crucial to the success of our aerospace vehicle projects. As a systems engineering expert, you will oversee the development and implementation of systems engineering activities across the lifecycle of our vehicles.
Key responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers, managing systems engineering activities from concept to deployment, collaborating with other Engineering Leaders for successful project outcomes, and improving company tools and processes for systems engineering activities.
- Manage the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex systems
- Develop and implement systems engineering strategies and plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in a team lead role in a fast-paced setting (5+ years). A bachelor degree in an Engineering or STEM discipline is also required.
Additional requirements include hands-on experience in systems engineering (5+ years), familiarity with the full systems engineering lifecycle, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
