Project Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports program planning initiatives to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develops and maintains planning artifacts to support project execution and scheduling.
  • Deliver schedule execution reporting and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Execute schedule baseline updates (BCR) to reflect project changes.
  • Support complex schedule development efforts that align with program execution plans.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in scheduling or program planning, with 1-2+ years within the defense industry, or a relevant degree with 1-2+ years within the defense industry.
  • Experience in operating Project Scheduling in a commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of project planning principles and techniques to achieve desired project outcomes, including resource management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Develops collaborative relationships in a team-based environment and builds rapport and trust among stakeholders.
