To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Founding Director with business development and product implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background, preferably with over five years of experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also possess good MS Office skills and a clear understanding of medical terminology.

In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate will need to be self-starting, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Founding Director with day-to-day business operations and product development
  • Liaising with Government Authorities and Agencies
  • Arranging and attending meetings with clients, investors, management, and Government agencies
  • Documenting key information and decisions
  • Hiring and managing a small team
  • Providing administrative support
  • Conducting research tasks
