Job Title

The position of Workload Manager is available to lead the workload and client teams. The successful candidate will develop strategies to support efficient allocation and scheduling of audits across the national workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, leading and managing audit allocations on a national level.
  • Providing accurate strategic advice on workload and scheduling issues.
  • Maintaining strong understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
  • Managing investigation and resolution of workload management issues.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing high performing teams in a changing environment.
  • Knowledge related to imports and/or exports or agricultural industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in contributing to development of team objectives for operational tasks.
  • Proven experience in building productive working relationships.
